Private Pay & Out-of-Network

Don't see your insurance listed? You can still work with us:

  • $150 per 55-minute session
  • We provide superbills — detailed receipts you submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients receive 50-80% back from their insurer.
  • We accept HSA and FSA cards as payment.
  • Private-pay clients enjoy no diagnosis requirement, no session limits, and complete privacy.

Insurance FAQ

You have two options: (1) Pay our private rate of $150/session and we'll provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement — many clients get 50-80% back. (2) Join our notification list and we'll contact you when we add your plan.

Yes — insurance requires a clinical diagnosis (such as PTSD, anxiety, or depression) for reimbursement. If you prefer no diagnosis on your record, our private-pay option provides complete privacy with no reporting to insurers.

Most plans cover 20-52 sessions per year for mental health. We verify your specific session limits during the intake process. Research shows most single-trauma EMDR clients see significant improvement in 6-12 sessions.
