No. The consultation is a brief introductory call. You do not need to share details about your trauma. We simply want to understand your goals and determine if EMDR therapy is a good fit for you.
That is completely okay. The consultation is designed to give you information and answer your questions. There is absolutely no pressure to commit to sessions. You can take as much time as you need.
The free consultation is approximately 15 minutes. It is a focused conversation to help you understand the process and decide if EMDR Unlocked is the right fit for you.
During the free 15-minute call, Sherly will listen to what you are going through and explain how EMDR therapy works. You will have a chance to ask questions and decide together whether EMDR is the right approach for you. There is no commitment required.
