EMDR Unlocked LLC is a licensed therapy practice in Massachusetts providing virtual (telehealth) EMDR therapy. Our services include:

• Virtual EMDR therapy sessions
• Free 15-minute consultations
• Educational resources and blog content
• Digital products and templates (online shop)
• Informational text message (SMS) responses to inquiries

2. Eligibility

Our therapy services are available to adults 18 years and older residing in Massachusetts. Digital products and website content are available to anyone 18 years and older.

3. Not Medical Advice

Content on our website, blog, resources, and text communications is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified mental health professional with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition.

4. Text Message (SMS) Communications

By contacting EMDR Unlocked via phone, voicemail, or text message, you consent to receiving informational text message (SMS) responses at the phone number you contacted us from. These messages are:

• One-time responses to your specific inquiry (not marketing messages)
• Sent by our automated system or by our therapist
• Subject to standard message and data rates from your carrier

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

Therapy sessions are scheduled through our scheduling platform (SimplePractice). Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided during client intake and are governed by the separate therapy services agreement you sign when becoming a client.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Therapy sessions: Fees are communicated during your consultation. We accept BCBS of Massachusetts and are credentialing with additional insurers. For self-pay, we accept credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
• Digital products: Sales of digital products (templates, tools) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the download is delivered.
• Physical products: Shop merchandise is subject to the fulfillment provider's return policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, blog posts, templates, and downloadable materials — is the property of EMDR Unlocked LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8. User Content
