At EMDR Unlocked, I provide an exclusive therapeutic experience for individuals who are ready to invest deeply in their emotional well-being. My work is centered on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful and evidence-based approach that not only alleviates symptoms of trauma and anxiety, but unlocks clarity, confidence, and long-term transformation.

I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. In Massachusetts, we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBS), Aetna, Cigna / Evernorth, MassHealth (Medicaid), UnitedHealthcare (including Medicare Advantage, OneCare, SCO, and ConnectorCare plans through Optum), Harvard Pilgrim Health Care — and Mass General Brigham Health Plan. In Florida, sessions are currently self-pay while we credential with major insurers. Private pay with superbills is available in both states.
