Who should apply
Massachusetts-licensed LICSW with an active, unrestricted license. EMDR Basic Training (full Part 1 + Part 2, 8-phase protocol) completed from an EMDRIA-approved training provider — please be ready to share your training certificate. You must be eligible to work in the US. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. We are not currently hiring LCSW supervisees, LMHCs, LMFTs, or psychologists — single role tier at Day 1.

What you provide
Active MA LICSW license (in good standing, no current restrictions) · EMDR Basic Training certificate (Part 1 + Part 2, 8-phase) from an EMDRIA-approved provider · individual NPI (Type 1) · Layer-2 personal malpractice insurance (~$90–$200/yr through CPH or NASW Assurance) · current HIPAA training · ability to be credentialed with commercial payers.
